Purchase Policy

At this time, fatCoffee is only available for purchase through this website. There are a few things to keep in mind when purchasing here:

  • We’re a small company, and quantities are limited! If you are not a Premium Subscriber, your order may take longer to fulfill (because we fulfill subscribers’ orders first.) Your best bet is always to order a Premium Subscription (you can cancel, change or pause your subscription anytime).
  • Your card will be charged when your order is placed, EXCEPT that Premium Subscribers are always charged on the 1st of the month.
  • Your order will be shipped on the 1st of the month (if you’re a Premium Subscriber), or within 5 days of your card being charged (but usually sooner, and often the same day), if the product is in stock
  • Products which are on backorder ship as soon as they are available. Usually this is less than 2 weeks, but in some cases it could be as long as 4 weeks.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason. We can’t think of why this would need to be the case, but it could.
  • In any case where your order is canceled or rejected, you will be refunded the entire amount you paid, including any shipping charges. Note that this could be less than the list price of what you purchased, if you redeemed a coupon and actually paid less.
  • It could take 2-5 days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Contact your credit card company if you’ve got questions about that.
